Beginning his entrepreneurial journey at 15 within the legacy family business of Venkateshwara Jewellery, Bharat developed an early mastery of capital deployment, asset valuation and consumer trust. At 28 he established Sumangali Jewellery, building it into a respected household name. In 2015 he ventured into real estate development, where his sharp commercial foresight and strict financial discipline drive the group’s capital efficiency and acquisition strategies.
Chethan Sharma, MBA
Co-Founder & Director of Development
Technical Excellence & Execution Mastery
Chethan holds an undergraduate degree from Loyola College, Chennai, and an MBA from the University of Wales, London. Joining the family business in 2011, he brought modern management frameworks to the group before transitioning full-time into real estate development. With expertise in land acquisition, regulatory approvals and site engineering, he has overseen the development of 100+ acres, ensuring every layout meets strict timelines and high infrastructure standards.
